About Yumi
Yumi is open daily from 7am to 9.30pm. In the morning, guests and non-residents alike can enjoy breakfast which is served until midday. In the afternoon, Yumi provides a wide array of light snacks, coffees and alcoholic beverages for you to enjoy. It’s the perfect place to stop-off and refuel before diving back into the hectic pace of life on the city streets. Dinner is served at Yumi from Sunday to Friday between 6.30pm and 9.30pm and offers a menu featuring firm favourites like roast chicken, homemade curry and classic lasagne. If, however, you prefer to eat in the privacy of your own room, we offer an identical room service menu served at the same times.
Yumi’s continental breakfast is carried out in a unique way - using a ‘tick-sheet’ request form giving a choice that includes yoghurt, freshly prepared fruit salad, pastries and muffins, breakfast and herbal teas and our specially selected fair trade and world land trust approved Puro coffee. If you want something a little more substantial, we also offer freshly cooked hot breakfasts using the finest British Farmed fresh produce.
As any self-respecting coffee shop would, we take particular pride in the coffee we serve. Our Puro coffee is richly roasted to produce a deep, smooth aroma and the velvety crema synonymous with the best espresso. And, because it’s fair trade and world land trust approved, we know that every coffee we sell directly and fairly benefits the coffee growers as well as helping to protect the South America rainforest.
