Cheltenham Jazz Festival Curated by Jamie Cullum April 28-May 3
Building on the previous success of what is already considered to be one of Europe’s leading Jazz Festivals, 2010 will see the Cheltenham Jazz Festival develop its programme, atmosphere and edge like never before.
Alongside a compelling balance of international stars and cutting edge European musicians, this year’s Festival will feature a free-jazz stage curated by comedian and lifelong jazz fan Stewart Lee, a “Best of British” strand featuring the likes of Empirical, trioVD and Troyka, and programming from Jamie Cullum, who has been invited to be the Festival’s first ever Guest Director.
