Taste of London 2011

This is one of London’s premier food fairs, with big-name chefs, popular restaurants, quality food and drink producers, and cooking products on display.
As always, The Taste of London Festival is to be held in Regents Park on the 16th to the 19th June 2011 for four days of summer eating, drinking and entertainment..

40 of the city’s best restaurants will be dishing up their finest in an unbeatable alfresco gourmet feast, while 200 producers provide a bounty of the best food and beverages, ensuring that guests sample and shop for a range of produce in the laid back atmosphere of a boutique food market.

Restaurants have fashioned special menus of starter sized dishes for the occasion, including signature dishes created by chefs to specially reflect their philosophy and showcase seasonal and premium ingredients.
