The Bingham celebrates Chocolate Week

To celebrate Chocolate Week (11 - 17 October) The Bingham has joined forces with ‘Best British Chocolatier’ William Curley to incorporate chocolate in executive chef Shay Cooper’s tasting menu.

To launch the initiative, there will be a special Chocolate Lover’s Gala Dinner on the 11th October which includes a tutored chocolate tasting by William Curley as part of the meal.

For the rest of Chocolate Week Shay will be incorporating different chocolate elements into the Bingham’s tasting menu which is available Monday to Saturday evenings at £65.
