At umi we understand that organising group accommodation, whether for a party of friends, a business meeting or a school trip, can be a bit of a challenge especially in London. That’s why our reservation team will do all that they can to make your arrangements as easy as possible by finding a combination of rooms that’s just right for you.

So whether you’re organising an overnight business stay, a school trip, a large family gathering or a party we can help take the headache out of the arrangements.

For corporate groups we offer competitive rates on all our rooms which together with our meeting and conference facilities make umi London a great place to stay on business. All our 24-hour delegate rates are inclusive of single occupancy accommodation and include continental-style breakfast and VAT.

Any reservation for 15 people or more is considered a group and may be eligible for favourable group rates, subject to certain terms and conditions. Our dedicated reservation team will get back to you within 24 hours with a group quoting the best available rate.

In the event, that we cannot accommodate the group on the specific dates requested, we will provide alternative dates and/or room types wherever possible.

In addition to providing accommodation, there are so many other arrangements we can help you with too. We can organise a take-away breakfast if your group has an early start or arrange a group lunch or dinner in our dining room, taking note of individual tastes and preferences. To entertain you during your stay, we can book group theatre tickets or arrange a sightseeing tour of London or elsewhere in the UK. For groups whose forward plans include overseas travel, coach transfers to any of London’s several airports can be arranged thorough our concierge service so that you can relax knowing the logistics of your trip are taken care of.
