umi London offers great quality London group accommodation for the budget conscious travellers, this being a party of friends, training courses or a school group. London can be a very difficult place to bring groups and at umi we strive to make your group booking an easy experience. All bedrooms are en-suite and offer a complimentary tea/coffee making facilities along with plasma screen digital TV’s and Internet access (small fee applies).
For corporate groups we offer competitive midweek rates on all our rooms combined with our excellent conference facilities which makes umi a great place to stay when choosing somewhere in central London for your board meeting or training course requirements.
Room types are also available, including singles, twins, regular triples and family rooms. A booking, which consists of 15 people or more, is considered a group reservation. Our dedicated Reservation Team will respond with an offer to any group request sent to .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) or .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) as soon as possible quoting the best available rate, Cancellation/Amendment Policy and payment terms, all of which differ from the individual reservation. Rates are inclusive of Café Style Continental Breakfast, Service and VAT.
In the event that the hotel cannot accommodate the group on the specific dates, we will advise you by e-mail and offer an alternative room types or dates, whenever possible (subject to the availability).
umi can also arrange a take-away breakfast for groups departing early in the morning or having a busy schedule throughout the day. umi Grill Restaurant also welcomes groups for evening meals, which for the best value should be discussed and arranged prior to the group’s arrival. All tastes can be catered for. Our meeting and conference space is available for hire during the day and in the evening, if required. The concierge service at umi can also arrange group coach airport transfer, group rates on theatre tickets and tours around London and further across the UK.
