At umi London, we have a dedicated concierge service to help you make the most of your stay with us So if you have any queries, questions or requests no matter how unusual, we are always happy to help. Nothing is too big or too small.

Travelling as a group? We can organize everything from bus transfers, a personal guide in your native language, travel tickets for the weekend on the underground and buses plus a traditional English roast lunch with all the trimmings! And if an English roast isn’t your bag – then we’ll find you something that is.

Travelling as a family? Why not take in a matinee theatre performance in the West End? We can arrange tickets for you at the best possible price; for example we can arrange tickets for Phantom of the Opera for as little as £37.50 – their face value is usually £55.

If English is not your mother tongue then we are more than happy to arrange a bus tour or walking tour with a guide in your native language. If you are going to visit London, you should at least understand what you are seeing.

London has its own ‘seven wonders’ – you can’t leave until you have seen St Pancras Station, the Hoover Building, Kew Gardens, The Old Royal Naval College, Natural History Museum, BAPS Shri Swaninarayan Hindu Mandir and the National Theatre.

Of course, we encourage you to explore London as much as possible. We do, however, recommend our on site bar and restaurant for the evenings. It has fabulous food at a fabulous price with a funky, chilled-out vibe.

London is an amazing city. It never shuts down so we’ll do our best to help you enjoy as much as you can during your time with us.
